• Contractual period for Thukher El Watan is minimum 12 months
• New activations will have the option to avail metallic numbers for no additional cost as long as the bill does not go below the threshold.
• Contractual duration for the Metallic numbers is 24 months.
  • Bronze: Not lower than 250 AED
  • Silver: Not lower than 500 AED
  • Gold: Not lower than 1,000 AED

+5% VAT applies to your postpaid bill starting from 1 January, 2018.

• Once your Senior Citizens Plan contract is over, all the plan benefits will continue as is.
• You can renew the offer for another 12 months.
• You can cancel your plan without a foreclosure (however if you still have other active contracts such as a device that hasn’t completed its Minimum Term then their fees will apply)

• You will be charged 1 MRC (discounted) as a foreclosure for not completing the contract.
• If you have a metallic number and haven’t completed your contract (24-month contract), you will lose the number.
