I am an existing customer and I want to get a new number with my iPad Pro 5G. Can I still get the device delivered to my address?Yes, delivery service will be available to everyone ordering iPad Pro 5G through our website.

Can I buy iPad Pro 5G online with the full price without subscribing to a Postpaid line?No. You can only order the new iPad Pro 5G with one of our Business mobile Postpaid plans.

I am already subscribed to a Business Mobile Postpaid Plan. Can I still get iPad Pro 5G at zero upfront?Yes, we will add the monthly instalments for iPad Pro 5G to your current plan’s monthly fees. However, your device contract will have a different expiry date.

Can I cancel the device contract before it ends?Yes. However, you’ll need to pay an early cancellation fee equivalent to your device’s monthly instalment per remaining months.
